the tour guide was super cool and very helpful, i highly recommends it, also the skip the line option was a good thing.
Don't fall for "skip the line".

Booking was easy but getting the actual tickets was a hassle and the tour Co. waited until the last minute to transmit them. We never got the tickets in a usable form but our guide, who was great, covered us. Can't say enough good about the guide. "Skip the line" is a "come on". The only line we skipped was the line to purchase tickets. We still waited in lines to go up and come down the tower.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Eiffel Tower. The guide was helpful and informative. She was clear and easy to understand- and was happy and pleasant. We enjoyed the tour more than expected and then had plenty of time to explore on our own too. Many thanks

Disappointed that there was confusion in meeting our tour guide. Last minute change that confused most participants. Tower was extremely crowded and we could not hear the tour guide.
