Bad experience

It was terrible. We had prepaid reservations for several weeks ahead of the date and the afternoon before our tour date the tour operator cancelled.
Very poor service.

I booked this 1/2 day tour the night before. I got the confirmation, got up early and spent 25 euros to get to the pickup point at 8:00 AM. By 8:30, the driver had not arrived. I was able to speak to a nice representative of France Tourisme, who said, "I don't know why they took your money. There is no tour on Saturday morning." She kindly arranged for a refund. I will try again next time. But maybe not with Viator.

Beautiful experience - highly recommend half day Giverny tour

I did a half day tour to Giverny in a small group/van. Booking was very easy, an agent helped with booking and explained all details over WhatsApp. Our guide was Harry, he is extremely knowledgeable, explained history in great details. Harry is pleasant, fun and made the trip a blast! Pick up and drop off was easy to find. I highly recommend this tour and Harry as a guide.
Don’t hesitate. We were impressed.

We were taken to Giverny by Harry who was exceptionally good, friendly funny and super accommodating.
We had a been let down with the same tour run by Viator ( who knew there was more than one Notre Dame ) so we missed the tour and they told us absolutely no refund.
Anyone thinking of this tour I would certainly recommend France Tourisme.
Terrible traffic

Traffic in Paris meant a 2hr 20min drive to Giverny. Leaving 1 hr 40 minutes there. Also long drive home.
Driver was excellent.. Antonio, but I would not recommend this trip until Olympics are over!
