Very disappointing no show and no Viator follow-up
ChristineD_B, Aug 2024
Tour guide never showed up. We waited 20 minutes. Called Viator; tour guide was not reachable by them. They promised 100% refund with email confirmation. Two days later, no email and I need to call for my refund.
We loved it!

Our guide was excellent! She took us to some of the most exquisite and local pastry and candy shops. We ended with an unbelievable view of the city. Highly recommend!
Expensive but worth it

This ended up being a private tour and our guide, Elizabeth, was excellent. We stopped at 6 or 7 places for tastings, and our guide added an extra impromptu stop for my daughter who loves crepes! Highly recommend!
The Perfect tour and guide

Never have I had such a fun time visiting a patisserie as I had with my guide. Elisabeth Sabastia allowed us see a patisserie in a whole new light. She is a delight to spend time with and Tshe knows her chocolates and pastries. Elisabeth imparted knowledge of the whole area as well. Ask for her you won't regret it.
Nice tour

Our guide was very kind and informative and the food was all great, however we feel for the price that we should have had more food. We all had to split between us a small amount of food at each place. Which is fine, but for the price I feel that there should have been more food so we left a little disappointed. We spent the same amount of money on a full day private tour of the city. Again, guide was great and took us to some great spots, but getting a small taste of things from 5 places doesn’t justify the almost $100 in my opinion
