Excellent photographer!

We bought the Eiffle Tower couple photoshoot package. Paula was our amazing photographer and did an excellent job. She helped us a lot with posing ideas. We are very happy with the photos :)
Paula is highly recommended to anyone looking to make their birthday unforgettable!!!!

"Celebrating my birthday with a special mother-and-me photoshoot was a dream come true, and Paula (photographer )made it happen flawlessly! She has an incredible talent for capturing genuine moments and emotions. We had so much fun, and the photos turned out absolutely gorgeous! A wonderful experience that I will remember forever!Highly recommend her for anyone looking for heartfelt photography!

The photographer was a no show. A local resident helped me call her number. She claimed to have no knowledge of my appt despite the fact that I was provided her private number. I received a refund for the session but not for the 80€ I spent on taxis to get to and from the appt.

I would like to clarify that you were informed one day before via email and SMS about the cancellation of the activity due to the storm and high wind alert issued by the government. Our policy is to prioritize the safety of our clients, and therefore, we do not conduct outdoor activities under such adverse weather conditions.
I confirm that you were fully refunded for the session. I understand that this may have caused inconvenience, but the decision was made with everyone's safety in mind.

Absolutely AMAZING photographer!! She took so many amazing photos is was hard to chose which one share. Her turnaround time was fast, she was friendly and professional and she was above accommodating to me and my family. I will use her again for sure!

After my experience, I am honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews. My experience was mixed. The positive includes that Paula was a nice photographer. I felt comfortable during the photoshoot and she was kind enough to take pictures with a cell phone and send them to me. Hindsight, I am very glad that I did this as they may be the only pictures that I will have. The negative includes getting my photoshoot pictures from Paula. I absolutely hate that I have to constantly ask about them. I did the photoshoot on April 2nd and I haven’t received my final photos. I’ve done photoshoots before and I’ve never had this experience. Bottom line - I wouldn’t recommend Paula to anyone who wants a quick turnaround for their photos. I may have to end up disputing my credit card charge.

I believe you are mistaken, as I do not take photos with a cellphone. What was done on the cellphone were short videos for you to post on Reels, which I provided as a gift at no cost.
We are glad to know that you felt comfortable during the photoshoot and appreciated Paula's kindness. Your satisfaction and comfort during the session are very important to us. You have all the edited photos without the watermark that were sent through a high-resolution link, and we have confirmation that you downloaded the photos. Due to the time zone difference, we cannot respond to messages immediately or when I am with clients. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback.
