- You will be met at the cruise terminal by a driver holding a sign "E-Bike Tours". Please don't walk, just wait near your ship. Exact meeting time will be sent to you 5-3 days before the tour.
- You must know how to ride a bicycle as you need to pedal all the time (easily).
- Riders must be more than 4,9ft (1m45) and less than 240lbs (120kg)
- Children must be more than 12 years old to ride their own bicycle
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- If children 10 years or younger are tall enough (4,9ft), they can ride a bicycle after their height is checked
- Participants must not be afraid of riding on busy streets in close proximity with lots of cars
- This tour operate only from Marseilles port
- As we start many tours at different times in the morning, so if you want to ride grouped with other people, send us a message with names and order number you plan to ride with. We will do our maximum to make you happy.

Beautiful city if on bike lane only

The city is beautiful and an E-bike is a great way to see it, however, our tour guide Cindy was not good at keeping our group together. My husband and I fell behind in the group and Cindy had no idea she even lost us. She just kept going even though she saw us way far behind. We got stuck behind buses, were riding in heavy traffic trying to keep up and felt very unsafe. If you are not an experienced bike rider, be careful choosing this tour. They need to have a tour guide in front and back of the group or just have smaller groups.

Cindy (our guide) was lovely, and the bikes easy to operate and well maintained… BUT… I was after a leisurely ride, a little sightseeing and good company. However, it was more Tour de France than tourist excursion. The group was constantly split with long waits for people to catch up rather than slowing everything down and just enjoying the ride.
One of our best experiences of the trip!

My family loved this tour. E-bikes are a great way to see a lot of Marseilles in a short period of time. Our guide, Laurent, was informative, helpful and warm/friendly. The shop where you get your bikes has a really great upbeat friendly vibe going. I highly recommend this tour.

Sofie was the best! She explained so well, took us all over, places we would never find on our own. She took her time, made sure we were hydrated, gave recommendations, and well, made the whole experience just so amazing! This was our favorite!
