I used Viator several times during our trip, for the most part it was fine. This particular trip was terrible. The driver messaged me early the morning of transfer asking if he could arrive 15 min early due to traffic. Of course I responded he could and planned accordingly. When he arrived it was 30 min prior to our newly established time so we were not ready. Off the bat he seemed upset that we weren’t ready. He snapped at my mother when she tried to open the door since it was an automatic door he had a button for (had she known she would have never touched it, she was trying to enter the vehicle quickly since he was in a rush). Finally once we had packed up the car and were about ready to go we were just missing my husband who had run back to the room to grab his sunglasses that he left (still 15 min prior to our newly agreed time). The driver became really upset and began to flick his watch telling me we are taking too long. I tried to communicate that we were still 15 min ahead of our new time and 30 min ahead of my booking time and he was very nasty. During the drive he was very aggressive and drove aggressively. At one point he got out of the car and fought with one of the other French taxi drivers. My kids were terrified. It was not a pleasant experience.

The driver was great. On time, friendly, helpful with luggage. The van was very clean and a smooth ride. The driver also helped us find out where to go in the train station. It was a wonderful experience. If the need arises I will definitely use your service again. And your prices were very reasonable.

On time for the train

Our driver was very nice and took care of our bags for us. He made sure that he dropped us off at the right door to the gate where our train left from. He got us there 1 1/2 hours before our train left.
