Great 6 hours seeing Marseille!

Cindy was excellent, getting us around and giving us neat and interesting bits of information. The e-bikes are the way to go, letting different people in your party use as little or as much effort as they want, and they definitely helped going up the steep hill to Notre Dame!

Rating is zero waited 2 hrs with no show. Emmanuel is a con artist and said every time we called he’d be there in 15 minutes.

Hello, i am so sorry about all happened.
An unpredictible traffic jam at the entrance of the port made the pick ups crazy.
I came several times but i missed you and others guests was there waiting as well and went into the van.
You finaly decided to cancel before i come because waiting was too long and you maybe were right... but maybe wrong as you decided to quit before i get a chance to make your day enjoyable.
First 1 star of the year. Hope the last. We always do our best.
Not what we expected but beautiful views

The views were incredible. Cindy was a great tour guide. Some may think ebike does not require exertion, but these did. You had to pedal up mountainside to reach 11000 feet to the topmost point. We had to ride in traffic which was stressful. Hit a pot hole which caused me to get a flat. The owner did not provide all the tools needed nor came out to assist Cindy to fix tire and my husband and his friend had to change the tire. Tour not for those with knee issues or respiratory issues. If ur afraid of riding in traffic and construction this is not for you.

Not a true electric bike

The tour guide was great, Cindy. However when we had issues with the bike. A flat tire, the owner refused to meet us and swap out the bike. After several calls to the owner he never came to assist. In my opinion that very poor customer service. My husband changed the tube in the tire himself. The guide wasnt equipped with the proper tools and pump to inflate the tire. Once tire was changed we couldnt get the electric to the bike working so he peddled all the way back.
Note: the tour is very strenuous and not for those with physical ability to bike 25 miles approximately. Also the bikes are not a true electric bike, peddeling is required. Its like a hybrid

Sorry you had issues on your bicycle tour.
A bicycle can get flat tyre sometimes.
If your husband was able to change the tyre, there was no reason to come to assist.
About true electric bike or not, it is clearly written on description you need to pedal all the time on our electric bicycle. We may not have the same definition on what is an electric bike.
We promised and adventure, you have got one.

Mostly good but some very congested areas

It was fun, in spite of 25 mph winds. But I would caution people that the portion of the ride through the city streets and sidewalks is very congested with moving and parked cars, trucks, buses and pedestrians. But the ride along the water, away from the traffic, was great.

Hello, there are days in the year that see a large influx of tourists and people into the city. This day was one, but it cannot reflect the situation of all the other days of the year which are much calmer.
