DON'T GO THROUGH VIATOR FOR THIS RIVER CRUISE

Viator's website was having problems. We tried multiple times on our way to the event to 'open' or download our tickets. My 2 daughters (that work in tech) tried with no success. The boat company wouldn't take our proof of purchase through our confirmation or reservation number. My husband had to buy 7 new tickets for us to get on in time.
My daughter spent 40 minutes of the tour trying to explain to a Viator "customer service" the issue. She could not help us - she was simply reading from a prompt and it wasn't working.
Needless to say - Viator couldn't help us and will not reimburse us.
I highly recommend this cruise BUT not thru VIATOR. Just go to the location and pay at the sight.

This was a fantastic experience; the day was beautiful for a boat ride :) our guide was amazing, speaking clearly at a good pace. Emily, I believe her name was and she was a bundle of interesting facts!!! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to see magnificent views of both islands that make up Paris!

Our other Viator experiences have been better than this one. The guides mic cut out frequently and his English was not clear enough to understand most things he was pointing out. It was a nice value though for getting to go up and down the seine for an hour.
