We had unknowingly booked our Golden Pass during the time when the Pass Jeux for the Olympics was active, meaning it was very challenging to get to different points in the city. However, this company was absolutely excellent. Even before we left the US, they contacted us to remind us about booking certain museums in advance and even booked those times for us. Then, when we had a scheduling issue due to the Olympics, they actually called us and offered help on how to access each of the museums we had wanted to see. The customer service was excellent especially during a very trying time! Would definitely try this again next time, without the Olympics. :)

The pass worked as advertised. When we used a guide she was friendly and very informative. The extra information provided about which gates to use to enter a particular museum to avoid long lines was very useful.

The organizer, Rachid was incredible. My family got the 4-day Golden Pass and I simply emailed the contact provided in the app reservation and asked for the dates of each museum and location we wanted to visit and he did the rest. The loading of the passes and tickets on to iBooks is a little frustrating and should be easier, but Rachid answered all my questions (I reached out to him multiple times) and was friendly and accommodating it made the whole experience go smoothly at each stop.
Busy Day at the Museums!! WAY too busy!

Not to the fault of the access pass, the museums were so terribly busy I didn’t really enjoy them as I hoped. I know next time to go early in the morning on a weekday in hopes of a bit smaller of a crowd. Other than that it was easy to use and didn’t have any issues with the pass overall in letting me into the specific venues I chose.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experience but indeed, museum can be very crowded during hollidays and you right to recommend to go early especially if you don't confortable with the crowd.
