The cove of Port Miou, the longest of all, and the only one belonging to the village of Cassis, is a magnificent site with more than 400 boats. It is an old quarry, where the famous stone of Cassis was extracted. Its name means in Provençal the "best port"!

The fabulous village of Cassis, originally founded by the Romans, is a destination not to be missed in Provence! Between the majestic cliff of Cap Canaille and the Calaqnues National Park, you will discover its pretty little beaches, its castle, its typical and charming port where taking time is a necessity! We propose if the weather allows a break of 10 minutes on the peninsula, to admire the creek of Port Miou on one side and the bay of Cassis on the other!

You will cross the magnificent creeks park with permanent viewpoints over the sea. The sectors crossed are different from the tourist trails and our guide will tell you about the environmental, heritage and cultural stories of this unique place!

- You must know how to ride a mountain bike and not to be afraid of biking in gravel tracks
- Riders must be more than 4.9 feet (1.45 meters) and less than 240 lbs (120kg).

- You have to wear closed-toe shoes, a sporty and climate appropriate outfit (any refund accepted if you don't have the right equipment)
- Food and water are not provided.
- It is strongly suggested that you bring water and cereal bars in a backpack, if possible
- Heights must be advised at time of booking
- Subject to favorable weather conditions, for example, during the summer, the National Park may be closed due to fire hazards.
- If the weather is not good, you'll be able to choose between another route, another date or a full refund

Very friendly and helpful support! Everything worked out great. The friendly employee in Cassis even took us to the train station and helped us with the train ticket.
