Stop atChateau De Chantilly
Visit a library which has almost 1,500 manuscripts, making it the second largest library in France for illuminated manuscripts after the National Library of France. The Très Riches Heures of Jean, Duc de Berry is one of the most precious manuscripts in the library and archives of the Condé museum of Chantilly. It is reputed to be the most beautiful manuscript in the world and referred to as "The King of Manuscripts" by the Duke of Aumale. This is the most famous and most admired "treasure" of the Château de Chantilly's collections and there over the 60,000 volumes of books in this huge library! Visit the famous gardens with an overall surface area of 115 hectares, the gardens of the Château de Chantilly are the result of several creations according to the fashion of each period: the French-style garden created by André Le Nôtre in the 17th century, the Anglo- Chinese Garden in the 18th century and the English Garden in the 19th century. These grounds provide a unique testament to the relationship between men and nature in the western world over more than three centuries. Have a chance to see the masterpieces from Raphael, Poussin and few others in a stunning gallery before sitting down for a three course lunch which includes starter main and desert in a beautiful restaurant before going back to Paris!

Our family of 10, including 2 toddlers had a great 4-hour excursion with Dave's Mountain Tours. The ride up the mountainside was quite exciting and the views were amazing. Our driver, guide Grant made it a lot of fun as well.
A beautiful Castle just 45 minutes away from Paris!

What a beautiful castle! Highly recommend it! We got picked by Sebastian, our tour guide. He did an amazing job! The Castle was about 45 minutes from our hotel. Beautiful architecture and art collection including a couple of Rafael's originals. It also has beautiful stables, and they do horse shows on Sundays. The tour includes lunch in the Castle restaurant. The food was delicious and the dessert with chantilly cream was superb!

Boris was a rockstar tour guide! We asked him lots of questions about Paris history and he was very knowledgeable. He catered the tour to what locations we wanted to see and would highly recommend this tour.

Sebastian was a fantastic guide to say the least. The grounds at Chantilly were spectacular more grand than I thought they would be. My wife has her own horse and loves to ride. Seeing the stables was a bonus. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer.
