Personal Chef Experience - A Must Do in Paris!
Chelsey_M, Dec 2024
Chef Yves is a wonderful teacher. My husband, myself and my two teen girls got to experience first hand how to make authentic macarons, what common mistakes are, and ask as many questions as we wanted. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an authentic Parisian experience!

Confidence builder
peternS6642RO, Dec 2024
We were with a group of 2 more couples but felt as if we were given private lessons. The setting was perfect, just as the macarons we were piped ourselves, with help from the chef, of course. Overall an amazing experience. I left the class with a renewed confidence that, me, a klutz in the kitchen, will be able to make an almost perfect macaron.

Stunning Start to our Brief Paris Visit
Megan_M, Dec 2024
Chef Jean-Yves created a fabulous, memorable, and delicious experience on our first day in Paris. He walked us step by step through the deceptively complex 4-ingredient macaron. Chef was careful to point out tricky ingredients (almond powder vs flour), tools, temperature, and professional techniques. We were invited to pipe our own macarons under his guidance. Our class ended with a delicious, gourmet treat including some of Chef Jean-Yves’ own beautiful flourishes (candied orange peel, gold chocolate accents). Bonus: the class is hosted in his stunning and historic home, which he designed in his prior career as an architect. What an absolute treat of an experience from every perspective for my teen and me. We will book another class with him on our next visit to Paris. Thank you Chef!
