We expected for a smooth transfer from CDG to Paris but Robert, our driver, ended up making it a full tour telling the stories about French history hahaha Thanks!

The driver wasn't at Terminal 3 of Paris CDG when we arrived, so we called the contact number and the issue was quickly resolved (they had mistakenly gone to Terminal 2). We waited for approximately 30 minutes until the driver located us. We were pleased that the problem was resolved over the phone with an English-speaking dispatcher.

If you're looking for a stress-free transfer in Paris, I highly recommend this service. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable ride to my hotel.
What I appreciated most was the flexibility—my flight was delayed, but the company stayed in touch and adjusted the schedule without any issues.
