Worst Experience Ever ! NIGHTMARE

This operator is horrible don't book with them they charge $1500 euros deposit to rent their motorcycle and they are not clear about it, their motorcycle and scooters are all crap! And they don't refund ! Do not book

Hello Sir,
First of all, you told us that you were a "traveler" and you were used to do rental for cars, bikes, etc and when you came over the shop you told us "No issue for the deposit" but you card got refused.. please, if you are used to do rental then you should know there is a deposit, and the amount of the deposit is very clear on the website.
Secondly, all our motorcycles and scooters are crap? how do you kow? lol you couldn't even do a deposit and you used your foot to walk away!
Thirdly, if your card've got refused, it's your own problem, how can we refund you the service whereas the motorcycle were booked for you?
To finish, hopefully you didn't rent with us, as your attitude were very negative, he stayed like more than 1h30 in the shop and employees felt "harassed"!

Great greeding! Great motorcycle rent! I have rented a tracer 7 from yamaha! Juste one thing i would like to precise is to come earlier because you have to do the queue (10min) before someone is taking care of you! But still great rental scooter agency in paris

Rental in August!!!
From the crooks they took 800 euros from me on 11/11/2023 even though the company is permanently closed and they are in liquidation under a court agent!!!!

I rented a tracer 700 from September 29 to September 30, 2023. During the night I noticed in my account that the deposit of 2000 euros was debited without any supporting documentation. On September 30, the inventory was done and the motorcycle was perfect without any damage and they told me that this deposit will be returned in 30 days. In the end they closed their companies, legal proceedings are underway but I don't know if I will see my money again one day.
