Tour Guy = Non-Friendly Guide

When paying for a tour guide, one would hope the tour guide is knowledgeable and friendly. That doesn't seem to be the case with the Tour Guy. We had the worst experience with what we hoped would be a very excellent tour of Versailles. This was the one tour we were most excited about and we ended up with the rudest tour guide that literally yelled at my husband and accused him of not being able to follow simple directions which was keeping up with her in an area of several hundred people after she had removed the jacket she had been wearing and wasn't holding a flag to identify herself. It's hard to recover after being embarrassed in front of tons of people.

Our booked tour of the palace via the Tour Guy with Rawda was terrific. She was amazing and explained many facts about the history and events that occurred. You would be lucky to have her as your guide!
