We had an excellent experience. The receptionist desk was helpful and efficient. Our captain Romane was skilled and friendly. We loved the opportunity to swim in the deep waters of the Esterel coves area.
Romane even took photos for us while swimming which was very appreciated!
We left an important package at the front desk that we could not risk getting wet, and unfortunately forgot to retrieve it. I have been told that it will be mailed to me but haven’t received it yet. I am hoping that it was sent to our home address as we left our vacation rental, but haven’t gotten confirmation about that yet- I am waiting to hear back on the details in the message thread with the company through this booking, but expect they will have followed through.
Thank you again to the Captain and crew at Black Tenders!
Tip: if you are coming from the train station, don’t walk like we did! It’s 4 miles in direct sun to get there and we were exhausted. Take the bus or uber!

Overall great trip
Check in lady was very nice
Boat driver was extremely accommodating
Boat does get a little bumpy if the water is choppy
Thats to be expected
If you want a nice view of the shoreline

We took the short boat trip to view the coast from Canned. The marina is a bit of a trek from Cannes itself, the 22 bus takes you almost directly there from the bus stop just outside of Cannes station (across the road), and takes a little over 20 minutes. However, the experience was fantastic. Our guide Alexander was knowledgeable and funny, we took a small 13 seater fast tender out to the rocks, pausing at certain viewpoints around the headland, and then had time for a short swim in the sea. It was beautiful and great fun!

Your money is never returned even if it is cancelled due to weather

We booked couple for trip it was cancelled by them due to whether but never refunded money though they replied it has been refunded but never got credited in my Accout . They do not have pay at site option so they take your money even if it is not your fault

Due to the many conversations we had, we refund you and I send you the proof via viator. Viator took over the file, even if the refund was made a few days later. All cancellations made by us are 100% refunded.
