Awful experience for Seine River Cruise and Louvre

Now I understand why this operator is poorly rated. Like other tourists before me, the directions to get to boat for the Seine River Cruse is not well explained. I was denied boarding for the Seine River cruise and got stranded with my family of 5 on the sun. I had to purchase new tickets with Bateaux Parisien. Also because this operator is not very well organized, he failed to provide timing for each experience. Because of the delay for the Seine River Cruse I got to Louvre late as well and was denied entry to view the museum. They have ruined my vacation. I will not recommend doing business with this operator.

Dear guest thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this, it seems you had some confusion here, the timing you booked was for the Louvre museum and we shared the seine river cruise tickets with you which were flexible using which you could go anytime for the cruise in next 1 week. If you show the viator booking confirmation voucher, you will not be allowed access at the cruise, you had to use the pdf ticket shared separately with you. We wish you reached us for assistance.

This tour was canceled due to May 1st being a holiday in Paris, and we got a refund after going back and forth with the agent. for this tour. The agent responsible for this tour should have known that May 1st is a holiday in Paris.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen, weil ich in einer dringenden Angelegenheit noch keine Antwort erhalten habe. Sie müssen mir die Zahlung für die drei Tickets für die Seine-Kreuzfahrt, die nicht wie geplant stattgefunden hat, zurückerstatten. Ich habe keine Benachrichtigung erhalten. Ich habe keinen Kreuzfahrtcode erhalten und aufgrund polizeilicher Beschränkungen vor den Olympischen Spielen war es nicht möglich, die Seine zu betreten.
Bitte bearbeiten Sie die Rücksendung so schnell wie möglich. Danke schön.
