It’s a scam, don’t use their service. We never got our tickets.

They said we would get the tickets on a third email, something never happened. I tried contact them requesting the tickets and they never responded. We had to pay for new tickets at the Palais Garnier. 😡
Not Good. Bad Viator on this one.

This was unexpected and did not go well. I ordered tour tickets to the Paris Opera house in advance through Viator. I have purchased with Viator for other venues before, no problem. This was a problem. No QR code for the ticket. It was not sent, not on the app. Arrived 15 min before the tour, nobody at the Opera house could tell me what to do and the Viator voucher on the app was not the ticket. I ended up having to buy a ticket there are the Opera house just to have any tour at all. Buying through Viator became a waste of my money. Luckily the Opera house had a ticket available for a later tour. The Opera house was incredible, no venue complaints, just the Viator lack of QR code on this one.
Thrilling experience

The two major highlights of the trip were seeing the grand staircase where the Phantom memorably appeared as the Red Death in the original film and seeing the Phantom's box. We surely were glad he wasn't around(as far as we know) during our visit.

It was such a bad experience. The tour operators never sent the ticket, Viator made several attempts to contact them over the course of 2 days. We then bought tickets directly at the Opera. Viator should not be working with the group.
Because you never sent me my 3 tickets, I had to purchase new ones

You never sent me my tickets 🥲 I had to purchase new ones. The ticketing personnel did not recognize the voucher that you sent as a purchased ticket! Poorly done, Viator!
