Great knowledge and great day.
Alan K, Jun 2023
Pierre was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and very respectful of what D-Day meant to my family. While I don’t have any direct relatives who served, my childhood neighbor was part of the force that liberated France in 1944. I gained a great appreciation of what happened at Utah Beach and Pointe du Hoc.
Normandy American Heroes Tours

Our two days spent with Rudy and Pierre surpassed our hopes and expectations. Incredibly knowledgable, interested and interesting, fun, and personable. We learned so much about D-Day and the American/Normandy campaign. Individual stories and background on soldiers, complete with pictures at all the sites we visited personalized the war stories and elevated our gratitude for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and the grit, courage and sacrifice of all soldiers. I honestly don't know how our two day tours could have been better. If we return to Normandy it is certain we will hire Rudy and Pierre again. Yes, their tours are really that great. My highest rating.
Normandy American Heroes excellent tour package

Rudy Passera, owner, personal guide of Normandy American Heroes, was an excellent choice for our tours of the Normandy Beaches and Mount Saint Michelle France. Rudy is an expert and a superb teacher of the historical facts of the Allied forces invasion on D-Day. He picked us up at Charles DeGaul airport and submerged us in history for 3 days. He arranged our stay in the mid evil town of Bayeaux, and put together an aggressive and wonderful tour itinerary, we could not have done it any better!! I commanded an Engineer Battalion in the National Guard many years after it landed on D-Day. I shared the battalion’s invasion maps with Rudy before our trip and he did his homework and made sure we walked on the same beach where they landed. Later, he took us to the American cemetery to pay our respects at the graves of the BN engineers lost on Omaha beach. That made the trip extra special, particularly when we witnessed the lowering of the colors and taps at the cemetery’s day end. I highly recommend Rudy and his Normandy American Heroes tour company for any Military battle historical tour across Europe, he will be prepared and immerse you in the geography and details. He speaks perfect English, first class auto (big for luggage) and the value is worth every dollar. Bravo Rudy.

I had meant to write to you much earlier but with what everyone went thru for more than a year now, catching up slowly on my guests reviews and wanted to thank you for having taken the time to share your experience with my followers.
If you are considering a European tour, I would strongly recommend that we start off in the U.K. so you can see where the Engineers deployed the Atlantic Wall and Siegfried Line so as to enable the First U.S. Army to train and learn how to destroy it!
I trust you are doing fine, stay safe
Kind regards, Rudy
