This company accepted our money but never sent us the tickets. It was supposed to send the tickets 3-5 days in advance. However we never received them. We emailed them with no response. We called them with no response . Now they are refusing to refund us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Terrible customer service. Email never answered back and had to get Expedia to call them. No policy flexibility on time changes over a month away with plan changes with unusual circumstances surrounding the upcoming Olympics. Just cares about the pay out. Clearly will never use again and everyone else stay away at all costs.

Negatives;

Please make sure that the staff at the restaurant we had lunch at is more respectful to your Team and also the Travellers. One of the members was rude and was observed by all of us. Very bad attitude.

I loved the first floor! It has been years since i was there and was so surprised to see the comfy chairs and nice places to sit. I enjoyed a cappuccino and chocolate croissant. I even liked the walk up the stairs which wasn’t that bad for a 70 year old!
