Paris Airport Transfers - Private Car

They confirmed my reservation and then never showed up to pick me up at the airport. I reached out via their WhatsApp contact and through Viator and received no response. I will be filing to get my money back.

Never showed up. O pant state we were not on there schedule, even though I had received a confirmation email & text the day before. We ending up wasting 1 1/2 hours attempting to locate a text them without being resolved. We ending up just hiring a cab at the airport who was wonderful a less expensive. The next day I did get an email that the fees charge would be refunded. Satisfied in the end result however very frustrating after a long flight to not have a ride to your hotel.

Excellent way to get from CDG into Paris. Met outside baggage claim and driver did good job of navigating Paris traffic.

Our plane was late in arriving, and customs took longer than expected, but the driver waited patiently for us. He was very professional, polite, and pleasant the entire trip. This was a very good experience and I will definitely book other Viator airport transfers in the future.
