Private tour of the Lourve

Ludovic was an excellent tour guide for our trip to the louvre. He knew his way around the massive museum and was able to show us many masterpieces in our 2 1/2 hour tour. He shared with us his extensive knowledge about French history, the history of the louvre building and the many masterpieces that that the museum has. We had many wonderful tours while in Paris but the family agrees that Ludovic gave us the best tour of the trip. He was a delight!

Impressive collection

Our guide Joseph was great. He was very likable and informative. The collection of the Louve is vast and impressive. Skip the line feature was great. Maybe should have done the earliest morning tour for less crowds.

It was rushed and very expensive. Guide was knowledgeable but focused on what he wanted not what we asked.

You are right, your guide has a lot of knowledge. He is highly qualified and experienced. A tour with a professional guide cannot be compared to a self-guided visit in this gigantic museum with 16 km of galleries. You note that you felt rushed during the tour but you arrived 20 minutes late at the meeting place. Our guide contacted you by telephone before 6:30 p.m. Best greetings,
