No communication about cancellations

The louvre was amazing. This tour in particular could’ve been booked on our own separately. The boat tour was canceled with absolutely no notice due to the Olympics. O understand things being canceled, but there was no communication at all. When they sent tickets in the morning, there was no boat voucher, so someone must’ve known, but i could’nt get a hold of anyone to find out why. We ended up walking an hour to find out the boat tour was canceled. I am told i will be refunded but haven’t received anything yet. The louvre and hop on/hop off could’ve just been booked separately for cheaper.

Louvre-Besichtigung mit dem Ticket nicht möglich. Die angepriesene Fahrt auf der Seine war zu dem gebuchten Zeitpunkt überhaupt nicht möglich.

Viel zu viel Geld für gar nichts ausgegeben.
