Very Disappointing

Viator cancelled my trip 24 hours before it was to take place and didn’t even apologise. Nor did they offer me an alternative other than to take a day trip starting in Cannes!!!!!!!!

Dear ADA, you did book a tour starting from NICE, it's written in the desription - When we did ask you where you were you told us that you where in Villeneuve Loubet and that you really wanted to do the tour - We tryed to do our best and there were several exchanges as this organization was not easy for us - When we saw also that adding the stop for 1 solo traveler to pick you would create problem for our other passengers we decided to cancel your tour- Adding this stop would have involved that our passengers would have spend more time driving in the trafic
You have been informed about that.
We understand that you are not happy about that and kindly appologize

Akis Kafaroboulos Is the absolute best guide; very knowledgeable. The only recommendation is for the tour to be just a little bit longer
