Perfect tour and host

Fantastic tour by George, really interesting. Delicious wine and food. Went with 3 generations (ages 18-71) who all enjoyed the whole experience.

Nice local experience

Cute place with lots of history and a friendly host. The local specialties are baguette slices with spreads and the wines are nice and affordable

Epicurean and wine tasting a delight

A personal touch and family history are the key elements of this delightful experience. Don't miss it.

A gem of a find for wine and food tasting with a personal touch

Lilian W, Sep 2023

We were made to feel so welcome to the château for an epicurean and wine tasting experience booked at short notice. So pleased we did. The owners were very knowledgeable and shared their understanding and insights easily with humour and personal charm that made this a highlight of our trip. The wines and taster foods were absolutely delicious. Our only regret was only having enough space for a few bottles to carry away. This was an easy bike ride following the river and a cycle path from Chinon. If you are interested n the area, don't miss it!

Nice experience

The owner told us some interesting stories about the history of the Chateau and the vineyard. He then gave us sample of five wines from his vineyard and explained very well the differences in each. Very pleasant tour.
