After reviewing your booking, it appears that the "Private Car in Paris" option was selected, which, as described, includes a private driver but does not include a tour guide or the river cruise. Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience with our tour. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused by not having a guided tour around the Eiffel Tower as you had expected.

We have consulted with our best guide in Paris and other local experts regarding your concern. They have confirmed that it is indeed impossible to stop directly in front of the Eiffel Tower due to the lack of parking and stopping zones.

Additionally, the front and back views of the Eiffel Tower are quite similar, and stopping directly in front would not allow us to capture the entire structure in photos.

The location where we stop offers a more iconic and comprehensive view of the Eiffel Tower, providing an optimal distance to capture its full grandeur in your photos. We chose this spot to enhance your experience and ensure you get the best possible memories of your visit.

Furthermore, due to the ongoing preparations for the upcoming Olympics, new structures are being built around the Eiffel Tower, with changes occurring every week. This construction makes it extremely difficult to navigate the area with a group, and we want to ensure that our guests can experience Paris in its full beauty.

To enhance your experience and ensure you see the best of Paris, we have included a Seine Cruise in our itinerary. This allows you to enjoy stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and other iconic landmarks from a unique and beautiful perspective.
