Paris boat tour

Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. It is a fantastic, relaxed way to see Paris. Highly recommended!

Be careful.
For my daughters birthday we booked a boat tour via Click & Boat, advertised for 258 euro’s. Then the owner of Paris Waterway (Iris) said the price was 75 euro per person. Our group being 9 people, this was a big difference. I answered this was too expensive for us and in that case we would not go through with the reservation. However 20 minutes later Paris Waterway accepted our reservation and took our money. I thought we had a special deal as we booked two days before the tour.
The morning of my daughters birthday, a few hours before the boat tour, I asked the owner where we would meet and she replied: We will meet nowhere unless you pay more.
Click & Boat returned their commission. Paris Waterway never paid us back. We feel robbed. Don’t do business with Paris Waterway, they cannot be trusted.

Je suis désolé que vous le preniez comme cela, en effet le prix dépends effectivement du nombre de voyageur.
Il est normal que 9 personnes payent plus cher que 5 personnes.
Il est très important que lors de la réservation vous indiquiez le nombre exact de participant.

Super chilled river tour. We arrived a little early and our captain was ready to set sail straight away. The two hours passes nicely as you go along the river taking in the sights, highly recommended

Gute Beschreibung des Treffpunkts, tolle Bootstour von 90 Minuten, unser Bootsführer Diego hat uns alles gezeigt, beschrieben und erklärt. Auch für unsere 3 Kinder interessant. Und es war für alle gleichzeitig sehr entspannend.
Voir Paris autrement qui ne cesse de surprendre !

Super balade avec des amis qui étaient venus à paris. Vraiment une autre manière de voir paris. Même pour moi !
Le skipper nous a partagé ses anecdotes sur l’histoire de paris c’était très agréable je recommande !
