Eiffel Tower Tour

Overall support was not good. It took long time to find the place. No customer service was available for any question answer and finding the place.
Guide was good with directing to important items, however, he was too fast when explaining the whole events.
Don't do it - its not worth it.

The people in the office are rude, and all they want to do is upsell you and take your money. I also am disappointed with Viator bc their agents are useless b/c they have no information on their vendors. They gave a number of a third party. Our Eurostar train was delayed coming in significantly so we were slightly late for the tour. They wouldn't do anything for us and just put hands in the air. This was after we were 10 minutes late with two kids. We unfortunately had to repay the full amount. I would NEVER recommend Viator or this service to anyone. The guide was nice but this isn't a kid-friendly tour. Its boring for them, and honestly, there isn't much you're learning that you can't just chatGPT it.

The guide was absolutely terrible. Got to the second level after a very long wait and he was no where to be seen. I want my money back.

When you book the summit access, we have to send the groups directly from the second floor to the top, this is the rule of the Eiffel Tower.
That is the reason why the host is giving you information downstairs. We work with professional guides with a lot of good reviews, we are very surprised to hear that you did not like the explanations.
However, we would be very glad to welcome you for another try !

We were sold tickets to go to the second floor and the summit, and I asked if we were still going to be able to go because of the olimpic games and I was told yes I wouldn’t have any problems. Well we got there and everything encompassing the eiffel tower was restricted and we couldn’t even go in the area we were instructed to go get the tickets. I was calling and messaging the viator agent and got no answer or help whatsoever. I’m super mad and disappointed.

The views.
Our guide, Mo, made the tour seamless by assisting us (just enough) at every step to the top. Afterwards we were given freedom to end the tour on our own accord. Highly recommend.
Just one Paris recommendation. Do not visit during Olympics..
