Ivo the tour guide was extraordinary. Great communication and on time. He Took the time to ask what I was looking for in the tour and he delivered. He was so knowledgeable and was clear he loved his job which made my tour spectacular

This was presented that we would learn the background on fashion and shown how to shop vintage. We did none of that. Tremendous waste of time and money. We walked around a few windows of haute couture and he muttered a few things.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the tour. I was under the impression that you were satisfied, especially since I always encourage participants to ask questions and provide feedback during the tour. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the tour—it is a Fashion History tour, not a shopping tour.
I understand that you may have expected something different, but the tour description and reviews from other customers clearly outline what is included. If you had expressed interest in shopping during the tour, I could have provided tips or recommendations (specific stores and addresses). Unfortunately, the vintage store included in the itinerary was closed at the time of our visit, which is beyond my control.
Customers with specific requests typically reach out in advance so I can tailor the experience accordingly. For example, I recently included a stop at a Chanel store for a guest who wanted to buy her first Chanel bag as part of the tour.
It’s disappointing to receive this one-star review after years of positive experiences and hundreds of tours, but I appreciate your feedback.

I had so much fun with Ivo today! I could tell he loves fashion and the history behind it. Overall, it was an amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone that loves learning about the culture behind fashion brands.
