The bus left before scheduled meeting time. We had to flag the bus down as it was driving through the city, we showed the Guide what time we were scheduled to be at meeting point. upon arriving at disney we had to wait over an hour to receive tickets to enter the park along with others ( photos evidence) Tour started at 8:30 we were not able to get into the park until after 11am. ending our Disney trip with having to Uber back to the city.

Pick up and drop off without a hitch! Park tickets were perfect as well. Great day in the parks! Perfect for Disney fans

This was awful just take the train or taxi. The bus told 5 minutes before pick to move to another station 25 minutes away. Then provide us the wrong pick up time back . Out 200 in last minute transportation. Did get back to our hotel after midnight

Poor Communication

We were scheduled to go on July 08th but the pick up point was closed down due to the Olympic Games. We literally jogged around the park pick up with our young son looking for the bus. We called Magic Ways and they emailed us our Disney admission tickets but told us we were on our own to find a way to get to Disney. So disappointed!
