Excellent tour

Visiting the Marche de Capucins. Wonderful market. Everywhere we stored the vendors were great. Outside , the Boulangerie we visited had great breads.

Tour cancelled within an hour of planned start. Accident s can (and did) happen but it’s not a great business plan not to have a backup tour leader.

Unfortunately, yes sometimes accidents happen... That day we offered you the possibility to attend another tour in Paris, or to reschedule your tour for the next day, which you did not accept. We tried our best to content you given this unexpected event.

The tour was canceled because the guide had an accident on the way to work. We're awaiting our refund.

Like a previous reviewer, our tour was cancelled with only an hour notice because the guide was in an accident. Another reviewer from September 2021 wrote the same excuse given for cancelling their tour. I offered to reschedule. They said they would email a confirmation. Despite repeatedly emailing for a confirmation I received nothing. I have requested a refund and again received no response. Do not recommend booking this unless you do not actually want to do a food tour. We did a good tour in Paris with Original Food tours and found value for dollar was not worth it. Maybe 10€ worth of food for 100€.

Tour guide did not show up , no advance notice at all. After contacting operator, operator explained that guide had accident.
