Excellent first day in Paris. You have to take this tour with Kat,
A4606NGadrianao, Dec 2024
Kat, is amazing,
Excellent coffee, croissants , macaroons, ice cream and my favorite chocolate, Wow! Plus she is so knowledgeable about current and historical events in Paris, she took us to an amazing tour, she did not rush us and took her time to show us so many amazing places. I would totally come again! She gave us a unique picture at a the end, this was a beautiful final detail. Thank you
Local spots you wouldn't find by yourself & a terrific guide. You will enjoy your whole day!
Sarah_L, Dec 2024
Every time we stopped, I said, "I would never have found this on my own." This tour touches on those smaller local spots that you likely would never encounter as a visitor, and Kat took us to so many of them. The food stops are all fantastic. DO NOT eat breakfast before you go, or you will miss out on enjoying the first stop and the bread-ly goodness. You will eat your way through this tour - this is no joke! Every food stop is carefully selected for you to enjoy something local and delicious.
If you are a history person who loves to know little details or full sagas about the places you visit, this is your chance. Kat is a wealth of historical knowledge, and full of joy and humor about Paris. If you want a more chill and less cerebral tour, she will roll with whatever the vibes are of the people in your group. If you are a person who doesn't speak a lot of French, having a local guide order food and facilitate your whole day makes the tour absolutely stress-free. Very relaxed and fun experience overall.
If you are nervous about the biking, don't be! I thought it would feel scary to ride around Paris, but you quickly get used to it, and the fear goes away. The local bikes have decent sized baskets that will hold your bags.
Wonderful experience

Absolutely worth it. I did the croissant & pastries walking tour with my husband, and it was amazing! Our guide was awesome, very sweet and knowledgeable that gave us a lot of information about Paris in general. I loved it because she took us that I would have never thought it even existed. It was in the le Marais area, so you feel you really get to enjoy a true Parisian experience. I also liked that it was not only sweet stuffs but also savory so you get to experience a little bit of everything. Do not eat before the tour because even thought they are small meals, you’ll have PLENTY of food! I thought it was a little pricey but after the tour I thought it was really worth it.

We did a walking pastry and croissant tour with Kat in the Marais and we had the best time eating and talking our way through this beautiful neighborhood. Kat was so easy to connect with and she did amazing making sure to include the kids in everything. We would recommend this tour to any of our friends and family coming to Paris!
Decadent Flavors, Sights & Stories of MontmarteTasting Walk
AmiFranklin, Dec 2024
We took the Decadent Flavors, Sights & Stories of MontmarteTasting Walk with Marie and will remember this fun and informative tour as one of the highlights of our three-day trip to Paris. Because we were only there for a short time we were elated to experience this deep dive into fascinating Montmartre, and Marie could not have been a better guide. Any tour that begins with the guide handing me a croissant to eat while she talked gets high marks, but she went beyond that to talk about the bakery, the people who run it, and why they're important to the community. Marie included details like this at every delicious stop, and the bites and sips were so numerous that we didn't need dinner that night -- we may have had it, because Paris, but we didn't NEED it. :)
The hills and stairs in Montmartre are no joke, but they certainly helped us feel better about all we were consuming and Marie made sure to build in plenty of stops to rest and take in her stories and the scenery. I can't recommend this experience highly enough.
