Horrible experience. I was charged for a private photo shoot that never happened.

I texted Pinhas to inform him that we were running a few minutes late, As it turned out the cab driver was able to get us to the destination four minutes past our agreed meeting time.

After walking around and not finding anyone anywhere near us who looked like a photographer, I texted him at 5:06 p.m., then 5:08, and then called him to inform him we were at the destination and could not find him.

Our appointment was for 5:00 p.m. He did not respond. So I called him. He informed me that he was at the site and left. I asked him if he was returning, and he said no. I then asked him if he was sure he wanted to do that to us as we were all dressed up, ready for a photo shoot, and it was 5:08. He responded I will not be back. Remember that the address he gives you, 16 E Kennedy, is an entire city block. He mentions Kennedy restaurant in the ad, but no address - just an entire city block. We felt set up and that this was a total scam. He claims he was at the point, but we never saw him, which means he would have had to leave before 5:05 (my photo of the message is EST). Beware of this photographer. We booked this shoot months in advance. We took time to ensure details for our shoot, were very excited about it, dressed formally, and were incredibly disappointed at the outcome. As a professional in the service industry - in Orlando, Florida, no less, Mickey territory, I understand the importance of accommodating your customers. Pinhas is rude and unprofessional. Save yourself from disappointment and book with another photographer.

I understand we were six minutes late... so if that is the reason he decided to leave and not do the shoot for us, it is terrible customer service no matter how you look at it. I am sure the majority of customers who book this are tourists who have to navigate directions and wait on cabs for rides - it was totally inconsiderate. If Pinhas had an issue with it, he should have responded that he would not wait past 5:00 p.m. when I texted him at 4:54 p.m... He did not respond, and I had to call him at 5:08 to hear that he left the meeting point - he was supposedly at.
