Start your tour in the morning or in the afternoon in a central place in Neuvic in Dordogne. The experienced guide will tell you all you need to know about the caviar production, the type of fish and the making process. Naturally, your guide will gladly answer all your questions regarding the farm, and the caviar. The guide prupose you to come into a visitor pool where you can live an original experience: We can to equip you with a wader and to come into this pool to trying to catch a sturgeon by hand. To immortalize your visit, you will be able to take all the pictures of the estate. After the visit of the estate, it is time to start your initiation tasting. To become more familiar with caviar, this tasting includes 1 toast of sturgeon rillettes, 1 toast of caviar butter, 1 spoon of caviar Signature, 1 spoon of caviar Oscietra, all served with a glass of sparkling wine. After this tour, you will become a caviar expert.
