Unsatisfied with Pink praline

Disappointing workshop, despite the great location and friendly chef. I was unsatisfied with the chosen dish we prepared: pink praline, candied almonds, and cookies. It wasn't worth the high price paid, and I didn't learn much about French pastry.

Thierry was amazing. An afternoon not to be missed. We made pastry and confetti washed down with a lovely glass (or 2) of bubbles. Thierry was also very helpful in suggesting places to eat not only to local restaurants but places in Strasburg and Dion.

Worth every cent. Thanks Thierry.

Excellent Afternoon Making Pastries!

We thoroughly enjoyed our pastry class with Chef Lyon. It was a group of 9 of us. We made pralines roses, shortbread, and a praline tart special to Lyon. The class was super fun and Chef was a very engaging instructor. We are so happy we did this activity and learned more about Lyon’s gastronomy in an intimate way.
