Visit the 15th century cellars from Maison Champy. Formerly attached to the Jacobine Convent of Beaune, rue du Grenier à Sel. You will be able to admire the "pièces bourguignonnes" in which the legendary vintages are matured, as well as exceptional bottles carefully preserved for three centuries. You will also get an overview of the 3 centuries of history and heritage of Maison Champy, such as the columns of the Eiffel school dating from the construction of the 19th century winery or the tools of the famous Louis Pasteur.
