At 3 PM, 3:30 PM, and 6 PM only: Step into the Louvre right before closing time to enjoy an extended (3-hour) visit in relative tranquility after the crowds have cleared out.

Simon was awesome and incredibly knowledgeable and well spoken. The Louvre is enormous and if we had not had a knowledgeable guide we would have gotten lost and not seen most of the exhibits. Highly recommend

Printed off the tickets before we left home, but used the app when there anyway. Followed the instructions which were helpfully detailed and met the guide in good time. The guide was really sweet, very helpful and incredibly informed so he passed on so much interesting information. The Louvre itself is very busy especially around the Mona Lisa but we persevered and got to see it. Some of the steps in the museum are slippery so wear sensible shoes. And it is very, very big - we were there all day! But an excellent day.
