Tasting of Châteauneuf du Pape wines around art

WOW, what an amazing experience. Mathais has cultivated an incredibly thoughtful collection of art and wines from Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The result is a thoughtful tasting experience in one of the old wine caves of this famous village, and it's magical. We were very impressed with how much Mathais knew about each wine - how it was produced, what made it special, what it would pair with, and more. The wines are well-sourced and you can tell there has been a lot of thought put into creating an amazing experience that is approachable for everyone. The ambiance of the wine cave is truly incredible, and it is matched with the quality of the wine and the knowledge of Mathais. We will definitely be back.

Went wine tasting with some friends and we had the best day. It was a great private setting in the cave where we did the tasting and his wine selection was wonderful. He gave us a thorough background of the region and it's winemakers. I recommend this for anyone passing through Châteauneuf.
