Burgundy Wines Masterclass in Dijon

Such a cute spot for my wife and I to learn about the complexities of the Burgundy region. Matt also spent intentional time teaching us about the different ways wine can look, smell, and taste, while also incorporating how to look for good wine to buy. This was not a tourist trap. Just a wine shop interested in teach people why the burgundy region is the best!!!

We also had some confusion on the date (completely my fault because I at first booked the wrong day, canceled… etc). Turns out we were NOT on the same page about when we’re supposed to be there. When my wife and I showed up and he wasn’t expecting us to, he immediately got us glasses and welcomed us. Definitely a highlight of our trip!!!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend 100 times.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tasting experience. Pauline was great and extremely knowlable on the local Burgundy wines and vineyards. The wines and food pairings were exellent. A huge thank you to her for moving us from yesterdy (I wasn't feeling well the day we drive into Dijon) to this morning so we could have our tasting. I would highly recommend this class if you're in Dijon. Thank you Pauline!!

Pauline led such a great wine tasting! It was just the two of us, and she was very engaged. We learned all about the wine classifications, aromas, regions, and how to taste. She’s very well educated in the wine space, and was very friendly. Ended up purchasing some of my favorite wine! Highly recommend while in Dijion.

Knowledgeable, friendly teacher really helped us understand and enjoy the wine. We talked about the process, French winemaking, aromas, and pairing wine and food. Tasted six different wines.
