A jewel of a monument

FX75000, Aug 2024

Magnificent Provencal monument that is becoming increasingly attractive thanks to its dynamic administration.

The exhibition of photos on the Japanese Clusters is one of the most beautiful in the framework of the Arles photographic encounters.

Easy parking with pedestrian crossing on a dangerous road. Professional and smiling welcome staff 😀

Habit and simplicity

mcT7397SX, Aug 2024

To simplify my life and access to the abbey I chose the skip-the-line ticket as I am used to (Loarre Castle in Spain, Monasteries etc). Experience identical to those in Spain. Total freedom and no hassle. I recommend.

No staff for the guided tour!

No staff for a guided tour! I'm told we don't know about the next day either... it depends on whether there will be personnel. It's heartbreaking for a National Monuments site, isn't it?

Unique

Very large and informative, you need to plan at least 2 hours for a tour if you want to see everything without rushing. The connection by public transport is not ideal as the bus runs every 2 hours. You shouldn't have a problem with a car.

Beautiful abbey!!

Marga J, Feb 2024

Without a doubt, being in the Arles area, you must visit this beautiful abbey with great historical value that makes you travel to the Middle Ages, its immense tower and cloister are worthy of mention. It does not leave you indifferent at any time. We loved it, I highly recommend it.
