Magical

Magical experience. 2 key bits of advice. 1 book direct and avoid hefty commissions to Viator etc. etc. 2 choose your saddle very carefully. Mine I didn't think about at all as I'm slim, fit and have biked before. It proved to be too narrow and hard and I shall spare further details. Did spoil the last few miles though ! Well organised and fascinating and biked thru some lovely scenery. I'd say if not up to a fairly long bike journey you'll be better to pay extra for electric bikes.
Highly recommend. Very enjoyable bike tour, knowledgeable guide.

Amazing bike tour of the cote de Beaune region of burgundy. We had a tremendously friendly and knowledgeable guide named Eric who had a constant smile and knew all the answers to all our many questions. He recommended we get the e-Bikes at the beginning of the day, and we’re so glad we did! It’s a 35km bike route up some hills and down some hills and it was much more pleasurable experience on the e-bike. We had 2 wine tastings at different producers and enjoyed a very nice lunch together. Beautiful views throughout the biking, and we passed by some famous plots in Montrachet, meursault, etc. Learned a ton, enjoyed many hours in the sun, ate good food, and drank some good wines. What more could you ask for? Big shoutout to Eric who was a phenomenal guide! Highly recommend.
Great day out on bikes learning about amazing Bourgogne wines!

Really great tour on bikes to introduce my teenage son to good wines! Very interesting tasting, good lunch and excellent guide. Theo was knowledgeable, likeable and helpful with bikes as well as wines. Chassagne-Montrachet tasting was our highlight!
Best wine experience, ever!

What an amazing day with Valentine in the full day tour. We learned so much about the region, vineyards and a wine producers whilst enjoying time in the fresh air and seeing fabulous scenery.
We have been on several vineyard tours in the past but this knocks spots off them.
Our group was four in total plus Valentine (3 of us and 1 other). We started with a short ride to the top of the cliff, above Cote de Beaune. Valentine gave us an overview of the history/geography of the area and insight into region/village/cru meanings. There is a short steep climb (150m) in the first 5km and following a stunning Chateau a slightly longer but not so steep hill. Easily manageable on a standard bike although was out of breath at top of short, steep climb!
First wine stop was in a glade with huge stone table. Wine and cheese provided by Valentine - delicious. We then cruised downhill through pretty villages and through vineyards to Chateau Chassagne-Montrachet. Cellars and wine tasting were exceptional. We then got onto the bike wine route for lunch in Puligny-Montrachet in a little restaurant. Classic 4 course lunch, included within the price. Drinks were extra. (Restaurant were great - my daughter only wanted a sandwich so there was no issues her eating the sandwich is brought with us.)
We then rode to Meursault, stopping en route to check out a ‘Clos’ for grand cru grapes. Our final tasting was at Pommard. Final 4km back to base in Beaune.
Truly memorable day out. Total about 30km of cycling, majority downhill/easy riding with fascinating insight into the region, wines and chateaux.
Highly recommend and we will return to the area and do some other ride options.

Valentin was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good support to the slower ones in the group, with another member of the team staying at the back. Beautiful route and delicious wines to taste!
