Louvre at night beautiful

Tour was a bit lame. Did see attractions lite at nite. They did bring another bus so everyone could sit on top

Audio was bad

I’ve done many of the hop on and off tours in the past in different cities. This one could have been ok, but the audio was super bad. Muffled, hard to hear, had to change seats because my headphones could not stay in the jack, etc. It ended up being a somewhat waste of $.

We are currently using eco-friendly headphones made of wheat fiber in order to reduce as possible our ecological footprint.
But still, we are sorry to hear that the audio experience was not the best the day of our visit, and we are taking this point in order to think how to improve this.

Audio guide system was terrible. Driver was excellent but may have skipped some sites like Montmartre.

We sometimes face some diffulties regarding the triggering of our audio tool which is something we are working on currently in order to improve our quality of service and offer you the best experience possible in Paris.
Finally, regarding the skip of Montmartre on the day of your venue, this can be linked to the progressive closure of the route occurend during the Paris 2024 Olympics, which is beyond our control and we are working to provide at least information on time to our dear customers.

Poor sound for narration

Other reviewers already flagged the sound quality of the narration. It was very hard to understand.
A workaround is downloading the app and playing the narration via your phone/ with your own headset.
The tour was lovely though - quite different from only seeing Paris by day (which we did as well).

Disappointing!

It was extremely difficult to communicate with company/bus tour operator, we tried phone calls, emails, text messages, with no response, in order to verify boarding location, because of where the tickets purchased were telling us to go. We arrived at the designated boarding/meet site, & no one there. We literally had to ask a policeman, on guard & he indicated the office location for the Toot Bus, about a mile away. Two in our party were elderly (81 & 77 yrs). Luckily, anticipating a problem, we went with time to board the bus, (talked to a bus driver there)after much distress, because we couldn’t communicate with anyone from the office. The ride was average, the most disappointing, was we didn’t get near the Eiffel tower! We realize the Olympic made roads it difficult, but there had to be a street, the bus could have taken to get a view of the tower. Not the experience we had anticipated!😒
