Culinary Lyon
Keith_F, Dec 2024
Highly recommend. Alex knows Lyon, and knows cuisine Lyonnais. Les Halles seems to be his neighborhood. Llots of Lyonnais food history, including the legends: Paul Bocuse, Mere Richard and Mere Brazier, the woman who trained Bocuse. The Les Halles merchants know Alex. We are staying in Lyon for several weeks. Alex was full of tips, besides food. We bought four cheeses from La Mere Richard, took them with us to visit our daughter and family. They were gone in two days. We will be back for more.
