SAINT GERMAIN TOUR OPTION Our tour starts at the bustling heart of St-Germain-Des-Prés. During the tour we will go through the heart of Paris and you will see the contrast between medieval streets and the massive Hausmanian housings. You will realise how the locals live in this part of Paris and how the city's history has influenced its gastronomy.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- All our tours are walking tours, we strongly advise wearing comfortable walking shoes to all of our guests.
- Please be informed that any accompanying underage children must be carried, as the area is not suitable for strollers. You will have to carry and keep your baby on your lap as well when seated to enjoy our picnic at the end of the tour.

Wonderful walking tour in Saint Germain with our tour guide Dominique. She was as lovely as the city and all the sweet treats we got to try. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Etienne, was wonderful. He’s an excellent storyteller and very knowledgeable about not just food but the history of the St. Germaine neighborhood. Our tour was on a Monday in August, which meant more shop closures than usual. Etienne worked around this and we still had a great tasting adventure. He’s also excellent multi-generational groups as we had ages ranging from 11 to 78.

A great food tour!

We had a great tour with Alexandre. It's always a pleasure to visit patisserie and chocolate shops, but the real treat and surprise was Osaba, the wonderful Basque restaurant where we had lunch. Delicious food. A real bonus was walking around the St. Germain streets, where Alex was able to point out locations and features that we might not have noticed otherwise, as well as a short walk through the Luxembourg Gardens. Highly recommended tour!

Saint Germain Food Tour- Excellent Experience

This was a wonderful experience. Stephane was an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and took us to a variety of places to sample food and we ended the tour with a fantastic lunch. Stephane not only showed us around Saint Germain and food sites he also provided history lessons about where we were, what we were visiting as well as eating.
This was an enjoyable walking tour- Stephane was funny as well and injected humor into the tour. I liked this tour too because it allowed us to see Paris sites as well as eat excellent food!

We spent a lovely evening with Nana in the Paris Saint Germain district exploring some of the special food and sweet treat options available in this amazing area! We landed earlier in the day and always try to schedule a food tour when we arrive in a new destination to get to know a bit about the area we are visiting as well as ward off jet-lag! We lucked into a private tour and got treated to meats, cheeses, wines and desserts from many areas of France and more specifically the French Basque area with its amazing culinary traditions. Thank you to Nana for sharing her love of her home of Paris and the many things that make France so special!
