Omgosh, this was such a lovely and education event. Our host is so knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses and offered great insight into how to pair certain varieties together for the most success. She was also kind and engaging and took the time to answer questions. We never felt rushed. It was a great experience.

The PERFECT class for sampling and learning about wines and cheese from the Burgundy region

Émeline was an amazing guide! She taught us so much about wine, the appellations, how to pair wine with cheese, and so much more. She was warm, entertaining, knowledgeable, and funny. We appreciated the fact that we were able to try wines from all over the burgundy region—from different appellations, various wine makers, and diverse levels of complexity. I highly recommend!
